Scheduling

New and returning clients can book with me at any time through my booking link. If you’re in a different timezone and would like to book a session with me outside of my standard availability, please contact me and we can make arrangements. If you need to reschedule a session, you may do so up to 48 hours in advance of our scheduled meeting without penalty.

Payments

Outside of a complimentary 20-minute discovery call, all consulting sessions must be paid for in full in advance of our designated meeting time. For monthly retainer clients, retainers must be paid in full upfront before work commences.

Lateness

Your time is valuable, and so is mine. Let’s respect one another by showing up at the agreed-upon time. If you are running late, please let me know in advance by sending an email to amanda@amandacosco.com. For complimentary 20-minute discovery calls and paid half-hour consulting calls, I will wait five minutes from the start time of our appointment for you to join our call. For one-hour consulting calls, I will wait ten minutes from the start time of our appointment for you to join our call. After the waiting period expires, your appointment will be canceled and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations

All cancellations for consulting appointments must be made 48 hours in advance in order to be eligible to reschedule without penalty. All appointments canceled within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged in full.

Refunds

When you book with me, I set aside time in my calendar for you. As such, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with my service, please let me know as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to make it right.
