Speaker Curation for Ernst and Young

Innovation Realized 2024 Global Summit

I recently had the privilege of supporting the production of Innovation Realized, Ernst & Young’s flagship global summit for clients and stakeholders. Under the direction of EY’s Global Markets Digital and Business Disruption Leader, I led the curation and coordination of all speakers for the event. Drawing on my expertise in emerging technologies and futures thinking, I helped shape a forward-looking program designed to spark dialogue at the highest levels of enterprise innovation.

I design and deliver experiences that bring ideas to life. From global summits to community meetups and branded activations, I produce events that spark dialogue, build community, and position brands at the forefront of innovation.

Toronto Tech Meetup Sponsored by Meta

Women in Tech Meetup

In April 2017, I partnered with We Are Wearables to produce Women and Wearables—an evening of conversation and community-building aimed at empowering women in technology. Sponsored by the City of Toronto, the Canadian Film Centre, and Meta, the event spotlighted female-founded companies and women-focused innovations in the wearable tech space.

The program featured inspiring keynotes from high-profile women in tech, a curated startup showcase, and a vibrant networking area designed to foster meaningful connections among attendees.

Experiential Event Production

instore: an immersive event on the future of retail

InStore was an immersive event exploring the future of retail through the lens of emerging technology, shifting consumer behaviour, and experiential storytelling. As Creative Director and Producer, I developed the concept, curated the program, and oversaw the execution of the event from end to end.

Produced in collaboration with the City of Toronto, the Design Exchange, and Modiface, InStore brought together industry leaders, startups, and the public for an evening of interactive installations, trend-forward panel discussions, and retail tech demonstrations. The event reimagined the retail environment as a space for innovation, dialogue, and connection.

Audio Production

I produce podcast and audio content that informs, inspires, and cuts through the noise. With a focus on future-facing themes and smart storytelling, I bring editorial direction, guest curation, and production oversight to every project—from concept to final cut.

Written, filmed, hosted and edited by Amanda Cosco

Not Milk is the flagship product from NotCo., a newly named unicorn startup with investors like Jeff Bezos. The company uses artificial intelligence to develop recipe formulations that can replace common animal-based products like milk, chicken, and beef. If plant-based milk is better for the planet and better for me, then what’s the catch?

Bold Glamour: The Real Cost of Generative AI

Written, filmed, hosted and edited by Amanda Cosco

Beauty filters are nothing new, but what is new about TikTok's Bold Glamour Filter is the technology used to create the effect. Unlike traditional filters, which use a combination of artificial intelligence and augmented reality to layer makeup onto the skin like a mask, Bold Glamour uses generative AI to actually recreate your face in real-time on your live video. But to what end? Host Amanda Cosco set out to recreate the look in real life, and asks who gains from making us feel an unfiltered face isn't enough.

Video Production

I produce branded video content that blends storytelling with strategy. From concept development to final cut, I work with clients like National Geographic and Blue Bite to create compelling visuals that communicate brand values, drive engagement, and stand out in a crowded digital landscape.

Educational Video for National Geographic

National Geographic Learning commissioned an original video on the future of fashion for the fourth edition of World Link, one of their bestselling ESL textbooks. Initially reaching out for licensing rights to an existing YouTube video, the project evolved into a fully customized production tailored to English language learners.

I scripted, storyboarded, filmed, hosted, and edited an entirely new video on rental fashion, designed to spark conversation while introducing new vocabulary. The final piece offered students an engaging, accessible look at an emerging trend in apparel and sustainability.

Explainer Video for Blue Bite

Blue Bite, a B2B SaaS company specializing in product digitization, needed compelling video content to communicate its value to prospective clients. Collaborating closely with their marketing team, I scripted, storyboarded, and edited a series of videos designed for use across their website, YouTube channel, email campaigns, and sales presentations.

The videos helped bring Blue Bite’s mission—connecting brands and consumers through smart products—to life while clearly articulating the benefits of their platform to decision-makers.
